About the Name
From the Latin ingenium, which referred to one’s ability to create things, one’s native genius; it
comes from a root meaning ‘create’ from which we get words like ingenious, ingenuity and engineer.
Its first meaning in English, from about the fourteenth century, was very much of ones "wit or
genius, a skill in devising things". In this sense, it is still a term synonymous with skill.
η –“eta” is the symbol for the efficiency. Efficiency is the production of the desired effects or
results with minimum waste of time, effort, or skill. Efficiency is a part of our name.
